Interim Executive Director and Transitional Management Services - cost/rate as contracted

When your Executive Director has departed - whether planned or otherwise - making an immediate new hire is often not in the best interest of the organization. There may be "clean up" needs, or perhaps the board needs some time to determine direction. At these times, Third Sector Innovations provides a corps of professionals who will step in and ensure a smooth transition. Services include day-to-day management, troubleshooting (financial, fundraising, human resources, operations), organizational analysis and program evaluation, planning and executive search.

Donor Database System Troubleshooting, Selection, Design and Management - cost/rate as contracted

Chances are that one of your organization's biggest investments is in its donor/constituency management system. From the software to employee training, data integrity assurances and periodic updates, management of your organization's vital information is very resource intensive. It is important that the system run smoothly, as a valuable tool in improving relationships with your donors, volunteers and other contacts.

Whether you use Raiser's Edge, Access or something in between - or if you are just maneuvering your way into the world of database systems - Third Sector Innovations has the expertise to help. We understand these systems from the perspective of the fundraiser, the techie and the frustrated manager who cannot get the reports s/he needs. We know that effective systems begin with the right software, but that the staff and volunteer interactions with that software also are integral to successful data management.

Third Sector Innovations' professional Jennifer Olson is available to help. She can get your existing system cleaned up, and make sure it provides the reports you need. She can help in selecting software, establishing policies and procedures for database use, or train users.

Grant Writing and Research/Editing/Critique Service - $100 per hour

To give your grant proposal that added advantage, utilize our professional grant writing, editing and critique services. The grants we prepare are among the best written, and are targeted to each specific funder — which we can help you find!

Third Sector Innovations also is available to provide feedback on both the content and grammatical/mathematical correctness of the grants you write. One week turn-around time is guaranteed. Workshops and Training - $1,500 per day, plus expenses

We are available to provide one-to-one and group training in your office or home community. Trainings are interactive and hands-on. The material is not just theory-based, but proven successful and applicable to your distinct nonprofit organization.
